The facilitator must respect and abide by all confidentiality expectations of all education providers as well as adhere to all FranklinCovey requirements in terms of Copyright and Trademark laws on all FranklinCovey products, programmes, resources and terminology.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:-
The Training Facilitator to prepare, coordinate and deliver educational programmes to UK Education providers, such as Primary schools, Secondary schools, Colleges, Universities etc.
The facilitator will need to plan, guide and manage individual meetings as well as group training and/or coaching, live or virtual. The facilitator needs to ensure that the group's objectives are met effectively, with clear thinking, good participation and full buy-in from everyone who is involved.
The Training Facilitator also manages client relationships in regards to pursuing potential clients and scoping client needs and managing ongoing clients.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TRAINING PROGRAMME DELIVERY:

• Deliver face to face and/or virtual training and coaching to Thriving Life Company clients in a variety of formats including but not limited to workshops, webinars, conferences.

• Continually incorporate adult learning principles into training delivery, ensuring quality training and assessment occur in accordance with the content to be delivered.

• At all times, you must remain professional and represent Thriving Life Company and FranklinCovey, as organisations, in the highest of esteem.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client relationships regarding potential and current clients including client meetings, assessments, training and coaching.

• Attendance at conferences/meetings/ Thriving Life Company and/or FranklinCovey functions as required.

• Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation for each workshop conducted, in accordance with Thriving Life Company's policies and procedures.

• Participate in self-care activities.

• Highlighting needs pertaining to capacity development.

• Perceiving which requirements are amenable to facilitation.

• Encouraging respect for ideas voiced during facilitation.

• Steering conversations about the learning material.

• Extracting varied insights from participants.

• Administering and reviewing progress.

• Tracking and conveying attendees' engagement to applicable figureheads.


Personal Specifications: Qualifications/Experience:

• Demonstrated high level of experience in facilitating/delivering both online and face to face training  to clients.

• Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills, including the ability to deal with enquiries and complaints in a professional and confidential manner.

• High calibre organisational and planning skills, including the ability to prepare timetables and prioritising to meet deadlines, in line with workshop and role requirements.

• Candidates must possess a current drivers licence and willingness to travel (occasional overnight trips may be a requirement of this role).

• High school diploma.

• Completion of a recognised facilitators programme.

• Accredited qualification in a pertinent stream.

• Ability to drive critical, student-led dialogs about learning material.

• Respectful, astute, and accommodating.

• Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) • Computer literate and able to present comfortably via Zoom and Microsoft Teams

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various educational techniques for different roles  and skill sets.

• Design and plan the group process, and select the tools that best help the group progress towards  that outcome.

• Guide and control the group process to ensure that:

- There is effective participation.

- Participants achieve a mutual understanding.

- Their contributions are considered and included in the ideas, solutions or decisions that emerge.  - Participants take shared responsibility for the outcome.

• Ensure that outcomes, actions and questions are properly recorded and actioned, and appropriately  dealt with afterwards.

- Hourly and/or daily coaching to school leaders and staff

- Sales commission on new schools committing to Leader in Me programmes

- Licenced partners are able to host Family and Teen workshops to paying clients. (Not available to corporate clients and FranklinCovey royalty payments apply)

- Hourly coaching to school pupils through LIM After School clubs

- Paid to present at specified conferences or events
