Chantal Baxendale

Chantal is our account and project manager and manages the relationship, training, FranklinCovey
systems and accounts with all our existing Leader in Me schools. She is a fountain of knowledge and
your first point of call if you have any questions. She comes from a corporate background and has 20
years of extensive customer service experience. With her meticulous procedures and administrative
skills, she is helping to implement Leader in Me in the UK. Chantal is also an avid reader whom helps
self-published authors with proofreading and editing, “Reading gives life more life, I enjoy the
journey it takes me on.”
