Kirsty Gittins

Kirsty is an experienced teacher and trainer with 25 years’ experience in education. She has a
passion for developing resilience in young people and led one of the first UK implementations of the
7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens programme into a large secondary school. She was a contributor in
a national scheme on ‘Attachment and Trauma Theory’ and brain development in young people.
Kirsty is part of FranklinCovey’s Global Delivery Team facilitating and coaching schools worldwide
and plays an important role in developing the teens programme for our UK schools. Kirsty is a mum
of two teenage boys that keep her on her toes, she loves to play Netball and travel, meeting new
people and experiencing new cultures.
